I worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Gulpie for 6 weeks during May-June 2020. It was a life changing experience for me where my mentor helped push me out of my comfort zone. I pushed my limits each day and worked on something new almost every day. I started with deploying a Flask API to AWS Elastic Beanstalk, then worked to create a smart contract based on Ethereum and deployed on the Matic network (test). I ported the Python 2 Flask application to Python 3 while also adding methods to interact with the smart contract. At the end of my internship period, I created scripts to scrape data from some websites and clean them to be fed to Firebase real-time database.

I developed the IndiaShare app for Android along with my friends at college. It modified from the open source TrebleShot along with improved translation, and better features. We included features like short-videos, news in Hindi and English along with some easter-eggs. I worked to create the APIs for videos and news. The API was on AWS Lambda and used Amazon API Gateway. I created our own News API to reduce costs by using RSS feeds of news websites and caching them using Redis.
Freelancer on Fiverr, Upwork, PeoplePerHour
I started working as a freelancer in January 2019 and have loved every part of it. I have developed 100+ scripts/software/bot in total. The work I have done has included browser automation using Selenium, web scraping, GUI automation, developing Telegram and discord bots. I stopped freelancing in the last year of my college as I was focused on working on my other projects.
